For agencies · White-label Gqeberha, South Africa

Your extra senior on the web team.

When the work piles up or the platform gets awkward, I step in. White-label design and build in Webflow, HubSpot, WordPress, Wix Studio and code.

Working with me

How I plug in

I work like part of your team, just without the payroll.

Your name, not mine

I work white-label under NDA. Client calls, emails and files go through you, unless you'd rather put me in the room.

Your tools

Slack, Teams, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Basecamp, whatever you run. I join your workspace and follow your process, not mine.

Your standards

Pixel-accurate to your designs, accessible, fast, and tested across browsers and devices before anything reaches your client's inbox.

Your hours, mostly

GMT+2 means full overlap with the UK and US mornings covered. Work often moves forward while you sleep.

Engagement

Ways to work together

Pick what fits your workload. Mix them if you need to.

One-off

Per project

Send the designs and scope, get a fixed quote. Best for one-off builds and agencies trying me out for the first time.

Recurring · Most popular

Monthly hours

A reserved block of hours each month at a lower rate. Best for agencies with steady overflow, updates and small builds.

Urgent

Rescue job

A broken build, a missed deadline or a platform nobody on your team knows. Fixed-scope triage first, then a clear plan.

International agencies are quoted in US dollars, South African agencies in rand.

Process

What a project looks like

Five steps, the same every time, so you can plan around me.

  1. Brief and questions

You share designs and scope. I flag gaps and platform limits before they cost time.

  2. Fixed quote

Scope, price, timeline and exclusions in writing, usually within two working days.

  3. Build on staging

Regular updates in your channel and a staging link to review internally first.

  4. QA and UAT

I test against a written checklist, then hand you a UAT sheet for client sign-off.

  5. Handover

Logins, documentation and a short walkthrough video, so your team can maintain it.

Handover

What you get at handover

The bit most freelancers skip, and the reason agencies come back.

  • A build that matches the approved designs at every breakpoint
  • Cross-browser and device testing, documented
  • On-page SEO and accessibility basics checked and fixed
  • A UAT checklist ready for client sign-off
  • An editor guide or Loom walkthrough for the client
  • All code, files and logins in your accounts, not mine
FAQ

Agency questions

Will you contact our clients directly?

Never, unless you ask me to. I don't approach your clients during or after a project, and I'm happy to put that in writing.

What if the designs won't work on the platform?

I'll tell you during the brief, not halfway through the build, and suggest the closest workable option for your designer to approve.

How soon can you start?

Usually within one to two weeks. Monthly-hours clients get reserved capacity, so small jobs can start within a couple of days.

Who owns the work?

You do. Code, files and accounts sit with your agency or your client from day one.

Do you use subcontractors?

Most work is done by me. On bigger builds I may bring in a vetted specialist, always under the same NDA and only with your approval.

Let's try one project.

Send me a brief, or a past project you wish had gone better. I'll show you how I'd handle it.
