Your details, kept simple.

This page explains what happens to the information you send through nickster.co.za. Nickster Pty Ltd, based in Gqeberha, South Africa, is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the platform you're interested in and a description of your project. If you email or WhatsApp me instead, I keep that conversation.

Why I collect it

To reply to you, scope your project and send a quote. I don't add you to a mailing list and I don't sell or share your details for marketing.

Who sees it

Messages are delivered to my inbox through my email provider and my web host, who process them on my behalf. Projects done for agencies are covered by NDA.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as the work and its related accounting require.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email nick@nickster.co.za and I'll sort it out. If you're unhappy with how it's handled, you can also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
